Rubber Duck Drop

WOW! We are entirely sold out of our flock of rubber ducks! Thank you to all who purchased a duck to make this fundraiser a success. Purchase your ducks prior to August 1, 2020, for your chance to win! On Saturday, August 8, 2020, Wood County Plays will hoist all purchased rubber ducks into the air and drop them on a giant bullseye.

 

A single rubber duck can be purchased for just $5 or increase your chances of winning by buying a Duck Dozen (12 ducks) for $50. 

The 3 rubber ducks closest to the center of the bullseye will win cash prizes! First prize is a minimum of $500, but the more ducks we sell, the higher prize money goes!

How it Works:

All rubber ducks will be numbered. For every rubber duck you purchase, you’ll be given a number that corresponds to a rubber duck. You will receive your duck numbers via email on no later than Wednesday, August 5, 2020. 

The easiest part of this fundraiser? You do not have to be present at the event. In fact, to adhere to the current social distancing practices, we don’t want you at the event. 

Instead, we’ll be streaming the rubber duck drop live on our Wood County Plays Facebook page. WTOL-11 Meteorologist and WCPlays chair, Ryan Wichman will be hosting the event.
